Tandoori Chicken
Tonight's menu consisted of tandoori chicken bites, yellow jasmine rice, Madras lentils, paneer and peas, a yoghurt dipping sauce and pita. The rice was made with turmeric, garlic, cumin and cinnamon.

Coconut Curry With Chicken and Veggies
I've really been into Indian cuisine and curry lately so I've been trying my hand in a few new recipes. I used this recipe from Budget Bytes as a base then added some chicken breast strips I prepared beforehand and some chickpeas. It was tasty and quite hearty. One bowl was enough to satisfy. Afterwards I had a small bowl of mango sorbet to set it off.
